This
page provides key links to resources and documents, enough to provide a
springboard for anyone wanting to explore the evidence for themselves,
but kept at a manageable level to allow for ongoing maintenance.

1. Manchester Arena Inquiry (aka The Saunders Inquiry)
1.1 UK Government Web Archive: Transcripts and Evidence At first sight, the Archive is a confusing tangle of dates and
documents, but it's pretty easy to find stuff once you have gained a
foothold. See my video Guide to the Evidence for tips and tricks.
1.2 UK Government Web Archive: Video Hearings
All of the videos of the Manchester Arena Inquiry Hearings have been
scrubbed from YouTube, but they are still available in the Archive.
1.3 Manchester Arena Inquiry -X (Twitter) account
Weirdly still available. Useful for searching the NAMES of participants
to get the DATES they gave evidence to the Inquiry. This can then be
used in the WEB ARCHIVE to find videos, transcripts and evidence
documents.

Date: 31st March 2023
2.1 Particulars of Claim (14 pages) The High Court of Justice, Kings Bench Division issued a "Particulars
of Claim". Signatures: 1) Martin Hibbert, 2) Sarah Gillbard for and on
behalf of Eve Hibbert.
Date: 2nd June 2023
2.2 Defence (21 pages) Defence submitted by Richard D Hall. Thanks to Andrew Johnson of Check the Evidence for saving these
documents.
Date: 29th January 2024
2.3
Summary Judgement Trial Transcript (51 pages) Prior to the full trial the claimants applied for a Summary
Judgement. The case was heard at the High Court of Justice, London
by Master Davison.
Thanks to Iain Davis for saving the Summary Judgement Trial transcript.
Dates: February to June 2024 2.5 Summary Judgement Appeals (no documents found)
The defendant (RDH) went through the lengthy and complicated process of
appealing the Summary Judgement.
21st June 2024: Mr Justice
Julian Knowles presided over the final appeal hearing of the procedure
(held remotely).
28th June 2024: Judgement handed down by Mr Justice Julian
Knowles. Summary Judgement upheld with Knowles stating that Hall's theories were"absurd and fantastical."
The Summary Judgement ruling prohibits RDH from presenting certain
important evidence in his defence when making his case at the Full
Trial. It is also a "landmark ruling"which sets a precedent for
defendants in future cases.
"This case serves as a significant precedent in addressing conspiracy
theories and harassment claims arising from tragic events. It
underscores the importance of credible evidence and the proper
application of legal principles in civil proceedings."
Heard by Justice Karen Steyn. Worth reading in full. It would make a
fantastic script for a courtroom drama - the lines are all there,
hardly any editing required.
Thanks to Iain Davis for saving the Whole Hearing Hibbert v Hall
transcript.
After three months deliberation, Steyn handed down her judgement. It is
a rambling diatribe against
RDH which does not address the evidence he presented during the 4-day
trial. Date: 8th November 2024 2.9 Richard D Hall's Post Ruling Statement
Richard D Hall issued the following statement from outside the High
Court.
"There are few citizens, if any, who have researched and investigated
the Manchester Arena incident more than I have. In my years of
investigation I did not find any evidence to show that a real bomb was
used. But I did find video and photographic evidence which shows,
beyond doubt, that there was no bomb. This court has refused
consistently and repeatedly to examine fully any primary evidence from
the Manchester incident, which I put forward in my defence. It has also
refused my applications to obtain further evidence, which we know
exists, and would be easy for a court to obtain. I contend, therefore,
that this was not a fair trial. I would also like to thank my barrister
Mr Paul Oakley, who is a brilliant barrister. Thankyou."
Date: 11th November 2024 2.10 High Court of Justice Injunction (no documents)
RDH is forced into removing all material relating to his Manchester
Arena investigation from the Rich Planet TV website.
Appeal submitted to the Appeal Court in which eight
grounds of appeal have been put forward against Steyn Trial Judgement.
To be continued...
3. Rich Planet TV
The Injunction issued by the High Court of Justice in November 2024
forced the removal of Richard D Hall's Night of the Bang book
and films along with related material, but they are still available
from other sites. The Manchester on Camera CCTV Image Viewer is
still available on Rich Planet TV.
One of the researchers who was on the ball from the beginning. His work
is now difficult to find, but the link to the UKCT 153news channel, to
which he uploaded videos about his Manchester Arena Investigation, is
still active.
5.1 The Manchester Attack: An Independent Investigation
The Manchester Attack: An Independent Investigation (Book)

unpalatable truth.
